Who we are

Transforming reality through micro-enterprises

We are a business school designed for real entrepreneurs, in real contexts. We strengthen the leadership of those who drive the local economy, generate employment, and transform their environment.

Our values

A shared vision

MBA Acelera is driven by ACTEC and led by a community of individuals and organizations committed to economic development with a human face. ACTEC acts as the architect of the model, ensuring its coherence and quality, but it does not act alone: each local partner contributes their knowledge of the field, their closeness to entrepreneurs, and their commitment to transformation.

Inclusion

Out of 100 entrepreneurs, we are interested in 100. We believe in the growth and development opportunities of entrepreneurs with micro and small enterprises.

Meet Daniel Turiel, our director and founder of MBA Acelera:

“Every person carries a diamond deep within their being, the source of their talents and energy. Together with our partners, I greatly enjoy being able to participate in the awakening of talents in people so that their dreams become a reality: the pride of a job well done and of people who stand in solidarity with their families, friends, and communities. Their progress is the oxygen that nourishes my passion.”

For Daniel, business success is not measured by figures alone. His approach is deeply rooted in business ethics and sustainability. Under his leadership, the NGO ACTEC promotes the development of responsible leaders, committed not only to the growth of their companies but also to the well-being of their communities and the environment.

In 2008, Daniel devised the MBA, a disruptive business acceleration model adapted to small business owners in a situation of vulnerability. With more than a decade of experience leading this program, his approach combines the best practices of elite business schools with a specific methodology to transform communities and generate progress.

Under his leadership, ACTEC not only offers an acceleration program but also adapts its methodology to the unique needs of each region. This is how a global movement has been generated that combines excellence and innovation with a local focus, helping small business owners overcome challenges and drive their businesses toward sustainable growth.

Partners and allies

We grow with those who share our vision

MBA Acelera would not be possible without the commitment of institutional allies, funders, and academic networks that have committed to a common vision: that economic development should not be exclusive, but inclusive, human, and transformative.

This program is an initiative created by ACTEC, the organization driving this innovative model of training and support.
