To be an entrepreneur, you must be determined, well-trained, and have support.

Marlon, an entrepreneur in Medellín (Colombia), tells us about his experience and how the MBA has transformed both him and his company.

“In the beginning, I created my company out of economic necessity. CRJ Moda started with 2 borrowed sewing machines and 2 employees. Today, my company has 44 employees, all of whom are registered with social security.

In 2016, I was told about the MBA Acelera program. This method was the boost that allowed my company to become what it is today. The formalization of the company (moving out of the informal economy), the loans we have been able to obtain and, above all, the training I received at Interactuar triggered the transformation of my company, with growth of nearly 200% per year, which allowed me to generate many jobs and invest in industrial machinery.

In my opinion, the most important transformation was the formalization of the staff: the quality of life our employees have achieved today, my own quality of life as a manager, and that of my family. As an entrepreneur, one believes that by working hard, the company will grow. Through my experience, I understood that good management of my company is much more profitable than working with my own hands.”
